Delegate to A Validator

Step 1: Connect your wallet

Access https://staking.posichain.org/ and Connect your Metamask wallet. Make sure your available balance is 100 POSI minimum.

Step 2: Choose a network Click Networks tab on the left side of the interface. Choose Posichain Mainnet to start.

Step 3: Sign in Click Sign in tab on the left side of the interface.

You can create a new address or use an existing one to keep up with the sign-in procedure. After successfully signing in, you can start your delegation now.

Step 4: Choose validators

In the Validators tab, the window shows you a list of validators attaching their indicators about the expected return ratio, staked amount, commission percentage, and signing percentage for this validator's node. These indicators help you to consider the most trustworthy and potential validators to delegate into. Click the name of your preferred validator to get more detailed information. For example:

Step 5: Delegate

Click Delegate button

Fill out the amount or scroll the percentage bar to choose the percentage of your available balance you want to delegate.

The minimum amount to stake is 100 POSI. The staking amount must be below your balance and below the available amount of the validators that you choose.

Step 6: Confirm and sign

Click Confirm and Sign button and confirm the action in your wallet.

The system will display sending status while the transaction is in progress.

Congratulations! Your transaction is complete.

You can check the transaction details by clicking the transaction address.

Undelegating

If a delegator decides to stop delegating to a validator, he or she can choose to undelegate their tokens from the validator. After undelegation transaction is submitted, the undelegated tokens will be locked until the end of the current epoch. Note that the unlocked tokens can be used for a new delegation transaction only starting from next epoch. This means the same token can only possibly generate rewards for you starting from the epoch after next epoch.

Click the "Undelegate" button on validator profile.

Signing process same as Delegate transactions.

This transaction will display on the Pending Undelegations section on the Portfolio page.

Claiming Rewards

The earned block rewards are stored in a separate reward balance of the delegator, which can be immediately withdrawn to the delegator’s account balance. The block rewards can also be staked again to achieve the compounding effect of staking. You can only claim full rewards, not partially.

Click on Claim Rewards button.

Check the rewards and click the Next button.

A pop-up box will display Sending status when the transaction is in progress.

Congratulations! Your rewards are successfully withdrawn into your account.
